Accessibility statement

Standard

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we have done

• A clear structure of headings and page regions (header, main content, footer).
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
• A “Skip to content” link at the top of the page.
• Text alternatives for images, and a text description of the product video.
• Animations stop when the operating system is set to reduce motion.
• The page works at 200% zoom and on phones, without horizontal scrolling.
• Three languages, with a right-to-left layout where the language needs it.

Known limitations

• The 30-second product tour is a silent screen recording, and its interface is in English only. A text description of what it shows is available under the video.
• The demo console (/console) is a data-heavy application with tables, charts and file import. It was checked with automated tools and the keyboard, but has not yet had a full manual review with screen readers. Some charts and animated visuals may be hard to follow with a screen reader.
• The sample statements in the demo (PDF and Excel files) are synthetic documents and are not tagged for accessibility.
• We have not tested every combination of browser and assistive technology. We keep checking and fixing.

An online service

Ledgerlight is offered online only. There is no office or service point open to the public, so there are no physical accessibility arrangements to describe. Demos are held by video call: if you need an adjustment for a demo, such as materials in advance or more time, tell us and we will arrange it.
